Knuckle Joint Mechanism: Leverages the inherent advantages of the knuckle design—high rigidity, exceptional accuracy, and excellent thermal balance—to deliver consistent, high-precision stamping, even in continuous high-speed operation.

Enhanced Eccentric Load Capacity: Features an eight-sided needle bearing guiding system coupled with a sophisticated balance mechanism. This innovation evenly distributes force, significantly improving the slider's ability to handle off-center loads without sacrificing precision or component life.

♦ The non-clearance axial bearing is used between the slide guide cylinder and the guide rod and match with the the extended guide cylinder, so that the dynamic and static accuracy exceeds the special grande precision, and the life of the stamping die is greatly improved.
