After receiving the order for the high speed press automation equipment, in order to ensure that Korean customers can successfully receive the six sets of equipment on time, all departments of the production department accelerate the response, closely coordinate with each department, and rush the production day and night, so as to ensure the timeliness of the production of the six sets of high speed press automation equipment.
In December, after working overtime for one month, HOWFIT Guangdong Dongguan punch press factory was still in an orderly situation. This time, 6 disc discharge racks, 6 waste suction machines and 6 terminal receivers were completed first, and then 6 gantry high speed presses and 6 high-speed clamp feeders were successfully completed together.
Subsequently, the process department and quality inspection department of HOWFIT Guangdong Dongguan punch factory immediately commissioned the six sets of high speed press automation equipment to test the performance and stability of the whole production line.
In the combined commissioning machine, the high speed press test is carried out on the high speed press, and the test results pass normally, ensuring the reliability of the equipment. After that, make a final inventory of the appearance of 6 sets of high speed press automation equipment and the integrity of accessories, and make and paste the identification and nameplate of the equipment.
Since then, HOWFIT has successfully rolled off the production line of 6 sets of high speed press automation equipment. After the packaging work is ready, the 6 sets of high speed press automation equipment are directly delivered to the Korean customer site in containers.
