Safety System Analysis

As a powerful production equipment, the safety of the press is of utmost importance. DDH 400T ZW-3700 is equipped with safety light grating and front and rear safety gate devices, which are designed to guarantee the safe operation of the press. The safety encoder monitors the safety zone around the press and stops the system as soon as it detects the entry of a person or object, ensuring the safety of the operator. The front and rear safety gates provide a physical barrier to prevent people from accidentally entering the work area while the press is in operation, thus further enhancing operational safety.
