The frame is constructed from high-strength cast iron. Through precise temperature control and tempering, followed by extended natural aging, internal stresses are effectively eliminated. This process ensures the frame achieves optimal mechanical performance and long-term stability.
The bed frame is securely fastened using tie rods. Hydraulic power is applied to preload the frame structure, significantly enhancing its overall rigidity and durability under heavy loads.

Crankshaft adopts NiCrMO alloy steel, after heat treatment, grinding and other precision machining.

The man-machine interface is controlled by microcomputer to realize visual management of operation, product quantity and machine tool status at a clear sight (central data processing system will be adopted in the future, and one screen will know the working status, quality, quantity and other data of all machine tools).
