1. High-Speed Press: DHS-30T
01The core of the perforation line. Features a 30-ton capacity and a short 20mm stroke optimized for extremely fast punching (200-800 SPM). Equipped with dynamic balancer and slider locking device for ultimate stability.
2. Vertical Type Decoiler: YMT-200
01Handles initial coil unwinding. Supports up to 500kg coil weight, 1200mm maximum outer diameter, and accommodates material widths up to 200mm.
3. Roller Feeder: LEICHENG-405
01High-precision feeding synchronized with the press. Handles material widths up to 200mm and thicknesses up to 1.6mm, ensuring accurate hole pitch control.
4. Take-up Recoiler: SL-450
01Located at the end of the line to neatly rewind the finished perforated mesh or scrap skeleton. Features an AC220V drive, a 40mm spindle, and a 50kg load capacity for continuous operation.
