On the basis of blanking technological analysis, the automatic feeding high-speed punching machine determines the blanking process plan according to the characteristics of blanking parts. The first problem to be considered in the process plan is to determine the number of punching process, the combination of blanking process and the arrangement of blanking sequence. The number of blanking processes is generally easy to determine, and the key is to determine the combination of punching process and blanking sequence.
Combination of blanking process: the combination of blanking process can be divided into single process blanking, Ma Dading rotor punch and continuous blanking. The dies used are single process die, compound die and continuous die. The general combination blanking process has higher production efficiency than the single process blanking, and the machining accuracy is higher. The combination mode of blanking process can be determined according to the following factors:
(1) according to the lot size, the small batch and trial production adopt the single process mold, and the medium or large batch production adopts compound die or continuous die.
(2) according to the size and accuracy of the blanking piece, it is determined that the blanking parts obtained by the composite blanking have higher size precision grade, avoid the positioning error of multiple single process blanking, and can press the material in the stamping process. The precision grade of continuous blanking is lower than that of compound blanking.
(3) according to the adaptability of the dimension and shape of the blanking piece, the stamping parts are small in size, and the blanking or continuous blanking is often adopted in consideration of the inconvenient feeding and low productivity of the single process. For medium size blanking parts, the compound blanking is adopted because the cost of making multiple single process dies is more expensive than that of the compound dies;
When the distance between the hole and the hole or the edge between the hole and the edge of the blanking piece is too small, it is not suitable to adopt the compound blanking or the single process blanking, and the continuous blanking is suitable. Therefore, continuous blanking can be used to process special shaped blanking parts with complex shape and small width, and the thickness of blanking material can be larger than that of compound punching, but the continuous punching load is limited by the size and working procedure of press table, so the blanking parts should not be too big.
